01:18 Yes, and "suki" means "like". It's one of the most annoying mistranslation issues in anime. He did not say he loves her. He said he likes her, with the insinuation that it's as more than a friend. The term "daisuki" means "really like", and is often used by Japanese people in a context where someone in the west would say "I love you", but not necessarily. The issue is that in Japanese culture, they rarely actually say "I love you" to a person. Translations should not monkey with that difference. They should accurately translate the way Japanese people actually talk, instead of inserting what the translator or localizer thinks a non-Japanese person would say in that situation.
