Interesting. So if he does not belong in even the underworld of Hades then he is clearly not dead or Alive... so what is he a dream or something (one of Morpheuses minnions)? Wonder how this gets played this season.

The fact that there's famously three hitchhiker ghosts too make people believe it more. Honestly Ace is a good warm up to get used to the general NRC attitude. And even then there's worse. While most characters you can guess who they are based on there are a few that are more based on general ideas.. or don't even have something. Like Jack for instance. He's just a wolf beast man. Some theorize he might be a nod to Kimba the White Lion which is known to be similar to the Lion King but other than that we got nothing. Sebek on the other hand. He's theorized to be based on Maleficent's green lighting as well as a crocodile/reptile minion she's seen having. Also fun fact, Sebek's love/loyalty to Malleus is so strong that even the nendroid figurine of him has a mini Malleus painting.
