Mouse Thrust works in most vamX poses from the Pose tab (except poses with fixed animations and no Action controls, like dances or masturbation poses).
If you are just arriving at the vamX Patreon for the first time and don't have vamX, download vamX 1.25.

For Oculus vamX won't be able to add hand recognition, but I think that you can use a leap motion for that. This would need to be a change implemented in the base Virt-a-Mate game engine.

2023-01-06 19:38:20 +0000 UTCIn VR you can control male/female movements using Plugins -> Possess Sex (to link VR controller movements) or use Plugins -> Embody to link your head movements. So a mouse isn't needed or used, but similar functionality is possible (and always has been in VR)

In 1.28 (note 1.28, not 1.26) we should be seeing some more of this kind of thing in some poses, so that a pose would have a specific optional spank animation that would be somewhat mouse controllable for that pose. There is also a long term project that would allow you to click a specific body part.
