I'm starting to get a feel for the new workflow, and figuring out what I need money- and time-wise to increase production and train more animators in Blender. I've already run through the allotted amounts this month for the other Blender animators inbetweening with me, but holy hell, it's nice not animating every single thing by myself! I've been able to start on new scenes while the older ones are getting filled in by other people.
I'm going to use this month's Twitch revenue to get a couple extra blocks (days) of work given out to my crew, but starting next month, I will add another Goal, in the same increment as the last, to get up to twice as much work completed per month.

Tardy to the party here, but I think it's about time I joined. Matt you're a god damn inspiration, any time I get the opportunity to showcase "home-grown internet talent" I point to your show. I'm so glad to see you're not only doing well on Patreon, but even speeding up because of it! Can't wait to see more stuff coming through the pipeline.
