Question for Free Members
Added 2024-12-26 11:20:26 +0000 UTCI've noticed that I've been getting a lot of free members lately (that's fine, pretty normal) and didn't think much of it until I got a message on dA just the other day that said they were unable to join any tiers at all. I've been looking into this for the last couple days and haven't found anything on my end so I wanted to ask:
Do the rest of you even have the option to upgrade to a regular pledge at all? Or has it been that for some reason something has bugged out and you joined the free tier in the meantime? I don't mind the free members now I'm just wondering if something is very bugged on my page as a whole

So I actually just checked it out on my end to see if I could switch tiers, and it gave me a message that said "This member is not accepting users at this time." My guess is that because you put a pause on membership that means that you new members can't sign up and can only do it for free since Patreon can't process new payments to you since you took a break. Could be wrong though, but that's the only thing I can think of.
