It is nothing serious but it definitely made me slow down my regular schedule.
I was kind of expecting it because whenever I go through big changes, my body reacts to them. In a way, it's like I'm going through a physical cleanse while my mind is trying to adjust to the new reality.
Have you ever experienced this?
The video is of a very light, slow flow I did yesterday just to move the energy around - nothing fancy โจ๏ธ
