[CGMZ] Window Backgrounds

Hi all, introducing: [CGMZ] Window Backgrounds!
This plugin allows you to set a custom image as your window's background, which can include parallax images that have scrolling enabled on them. For scrolling images, you can also set a flag to make them only scroll when the window is active (usually a window is considered active when the user is selecting something within the window). See below gif of this in action:
Notice how the scrolling parallax image in the command window / slot select window pause their scrolling until the player is actively selecting something in those windows (the command window is a bit harder to see). Of course, this is optional and you can decide on a per-window basis.
This plugin can also handle static images that do not scroll, and also allows you to use the default windowskin background if you want which remains the default window background.
This plugin functions similarly to my [CGMZ] Scene Backgrounds, so if you are familiar with that plugin you should be able to easily jump right in and start using this plugin. Just like that plugin, this plugin should work with any window, default or custom, as long as you know the window's constructor.
This plugin does already have a preset parameter that will allow for easy integration with other plugins in the future, though I still need to add these integrations into my other plugins.
Things I am planning on adding to this plugin in the future but are not quite ready yet include:
1) Image tinting
2) Image dimension reporting
3) Ability to swap back to default windowskin background during scene
4) Animated window backgrounds
