Spawn is from Image Comics that was created by Todd McFarlane. I don't think I ever read anything from Image, but I remember constantly hearing about how Image would struggle with releasing their comics on time. I have no idea if that was something they ever fixed or not. As a kid I had a Marvel Venom figure that was made by McFarlane toys that was kickass. It was like monstrous hulking figure with like multiple heads growing out of it. I wish I knew where that figure was haha.
