12:40 - I didn't think I would have the chance to test my "Nostalgia" trash music skills but... that song came out in April, 2002 and... I was still a teenager back then. YAY! (I'm 43 now.) It's called "My Neck, My Back" by Khia. (From the album or mixtape, "Thug Misses.") It hails from the state of Florida. That... likely explains a lot.
