One thing about the maths of watching running man is that it only really counts up to around 200, and after that just watching the particularly good episodes or ones with guests you know, as the show isn't really what it used to be. 200 is still a massive number, and will take a good 4 years, but it's not the >1,000 episodes it otherwise would be if you were to continue watching every episode for the next decade. Of course, there are definitely some episodes you don't need to watch within that first 200, as suggested by other comments, but it does make things a little less scary to think about.
