🏝️ Older Captain
Added 2025-07-29 00:31:13 +0000 UTCStarted off as me just seeing what different hair styles would look like on her, and evolved into me drawing her how I like to imagine her when she’s maybe in her early 60’s.
It’s just a doodle but it got me feelin some kinda way man. Idk what the future has in store for her, idk where her story ends yet or even what its purpose is, but I hope she’s happy when she’s this age and retired from piracy. I think she would be. I hope she feels fulfilled with whatever she set out to achieve. I definitely think she would’ve made a name for herself, and eventually settled down in a small sea side town. Even if she can’t sail anymore I can’t imagine her being away from the sea. I also think she’d keep telling grand stories and singing or humming when she’s relaxed.
I’m excited to figure out where the rest of her life leads I guess. This was just a little doodle I did a couple nights ago to help me unwind, I’d like to be able to draw a proper fullbody of her at this age sometime. She’s such a dear oc to me, it’s rewarding to explore different times in her life.
I also threw in a little bit of bitter sweetness here by giving her her adoptive father figures accessories, as realistically he would’ve passed on by the time she’s this age.
