地獄のような1ヶ月だった

…と言わせてください。

先月の終わりごろから体調が悪かった事は以前にお伝えしました。その後、病院で検査を受けまして、結果は…「問題なし」とのことでした。

今年は体調が悪くなることが多いです。実は以前も体調を崩して、つらかったので病院に行ったのですが…その時も「特に異常はない」と言われました。しかし、その後も毎月のように調子が悪くなる日があり、先月の終わりから状態が悪化、今月に入って今まで経験したことがないつらさに…慌てて複数の病院に駆け込んだりもしました。

結果的に言えば「ストレス」から来ているようです。生活習慣が悪いのは自覚してました。栄養の偏った食事に運動不足…まあよくあることですね。とりあえずこの点はすでに改善をはじめまして、おかげで調子がだいぶ良くなりました。精神的なストレスに関しては改善が難しいのですが、まあ何とかなると思って頑張ります。はい。

本当につらかったので二度と経験したくないです。健康大事！

It's been a hellish month

let me say...

I told you earlier that I had been unwell since the end of last month. After that, I was examined at the hospital, and the result was … "No problem".

This year, I often feel unwell. To tell the truth, I had been sick before, and it was painful, so I went to the hospital, but even then, I was told that there was nothing wrong with me. However, even after that, there were days when I felt sick every month, and since the end of last month, my condition has worsened.

As a result, it seems to come from "stress". I knew I had bad habits. Poorly nutritious meals and lack of exercise... well, it's a common occurrence. For the time being, this point has already started to improve, and thanks to that, my condition has improved considerably. It's difficult to improve mental stress, but I'll do my best thinking that I can do something about it. yes.

It was really painful and I don't want to experience it again. Health matters!
