毎日、畳を汚して掃除が大変そう。
先月から体調が悪くて、ご心配をおかけしましたが、元気になりました。最近、色々あったところに体調不良が重なって、今年はもう活動を休もうかとも考えたのですが、回復したので何とかなりそうです。
近頃は秋…をすっとばして冬みたいな寒さですね。皆様も体調を崩さないように気を付けてください。

Cleaning the tatami mats every day must be quite a chore.
I've been feeling unwell since last month and caused you concern, but I'm feeling better now. With everything that's happened recently, plus my poor health, I even considered taking a break from activities this year. But since I've recovered, I think I'll manage.
Lately, it feels like we skipped autumn and went straight into winter-like cold. Please take care not to catch a cold yourselves.
