From a photo perspective, I wanted to keep the frame clean and let the environment do its job as a backdrop while focusing on form, shape, and balance in the composition. The light was direct and strong, which worked well to bring out detail and definition.
It’s a simple setup in theory — one model, one location — but that’s what makes it effective. Everything extra gets stripped away, leaving the focus on subject, pose, and the way she interacts with the space around her.
