Finally able to return and read again. This chapter was a banger, I can't get enough of these dives into magic and magical theory. The only issue I have is that Tonks told Harry not to tell Hermione. If you want to find out about weird magical phenomena you tell Hermione and set her loose in a library. If the answer is known in any way shape or form, she'll find it.
