Animated comm (read description)

As many may or may not know, there are two main ways to place animations on the Internet: the use of GIF formats or the use of videos. Due to the nature of the images and the storage issues (limit file size and video duration) that seem to arise lately with the different services, I've been working on a way to work around this by assambling something on Unreal Engine. I will be polishing this small system yet it is available as it is for any animated commission as it is.
