Just a quick clarification, as I've been getting quite a few private messages asking about a release date.
for my defense, 0.2 will be bigger and more ambitious than the previous update.
We haven't yet reached 3 months since the public release of 0.1 and I've already rendered 570 ( roughly a hundred more than the previous update).
That's an average of 7 renders a day, with writing and renpy coding thrown in.
I'm learning the technical side at the same time, and I have to sleep and work part-time. (I just spent two hours struggling on an asset...)
I've got 3 and a half scenes left, roughly speaking. But that could mean another 250 renderings, and not the easiest ones, so I can't give a date.
I'd rather that than have to postpone a release date several times.
I know how frustrating it can be to wait—some of the visual novels I follow only update once a year, with new content that sometimes lasts just 15 minutes.
And honestly, now that I’m a dev myself, I don’t blame them.
I add a lot of improvised details to the sex scenes (Arianna and the pen, for example), and the same happened with the scene featuring Victoria, which I’m just about to finish (And it looks pretty good; I'm happy with it!).
I’m not sure how other devs always seem to know exactly how many lines of dialogue or renders their updates will have, but that’s just not my style.
I have the trunk and branches firmly established, but predicting the exact number of leaves is simply impossible.
Believe me, I’m the one who’s most looking forward to the release of this update.
If I find myself really struggling with the remaining scenes, I might split it into two parts, But for that, I need the dream scene to be finished.. I’ll see.
At first, I considered creating comic's or a small Renpy game with a simple story.
To be honest, I realized this was a big project for someone starting from scratch, with many characters, locations, and more. But I don’t regret it.
I'm truly grateful that so many people are following the game.
When I first put it online, I thought 8 out of 10 people would hate it. So, I wanted to say thank you and provide some explanations.
Here’s a little render from 0.2 as a reward for reaching the end of this long, paved text!

You sure talk a lot, don't you? -Arianna
