If you did not get a role in the discord, then try the following steps, which were written to me by Patreon staff themselves. For my part, unfortunately, I can't do anything about it, I can only create roles, all the role management on the Patreon bot, over which I have no power.
1. First, disconnect your Discord and Patreon account. To do this, click on settings from your patreon profile. Then click on Connected Apps from the menu bar, and click on the disconnect button for Discord.
2. Log out of Discord.
3. Head back to your Connected Apps and click on the Connect button next to Discord.
4. Log back into your Discord account — you should now have your correct role.
