As someone who loves the study of Horology and the inner mechanics of timing devices (albeit watches more than clocks), the Clock King might be my favorite minor villain. And the time puns are great. Also, the name Temple Fugate is a play on Tempus Fugit, a Latin phrase meaning "Time Flies", and that seven years does go by pretty fast.
