Spotting Basil - Standard Tier Rollout + Updates

This is for the standard patron resolution at 2400x3000. Gold tier is getting the publishing masters at 4800x6000.
This includes a bunch of stealthy art fixes I've been making including:
- Cover art updated
- Basil's tattoo being missing in several pages has been added
- Abe's pin being missing in several pages has been added
- Small art fixes to Abe's biceps
- Ruby's dress is more consistent
