Jellow my awesome Patrons and general public!
More than once I've heard that my game's tickling scenes look like a plain GIF. This is a very good and smart observation indeed. And my reply to that is...

Nah, But seriously... it's not really a GIF image, it's a SPRITE character in an animation sequence. It only looks like a GIF because it's in a loop, and it's in loop so as long as your tickling the character. But more so than that, every scene has from 5 - 10 animation sequences, depending on the complexity of the scene. So, it's more like 5 - 10 GIFs to be honest.
On contrary, my dear friend. It's not cheap at all considering my animations can have up to 50 pieces of the character to animate (including the toes). While most character sprites have just a few frames per animation.

Plus, have you ever stopped to think that a most sprite animations are just like a GIF?

But you never think about that because of the game play interactivity. Since you CONTROL and MOVE the characters you don't think about the fact that those are in fact animation sequences. And you also don't wonder about the HARD WORK that goes in to making those "GIFs", but it's okay, most people don't.
A GIF is but only ONE image sequence and that's it. No sound, no score, no cum bar, no buttons, no giggling, no tools to tickle it, no hands to touch it with, NOTHING. So NO my tickling scenes AREN'T GIFs.
And maybe you may think that I'm doing a SIM where I HAVE to make each character act EXACTLY like a REAL PERSON. Well... NO, that's not what I want to do. At least not for my first game, not for now. But I am adding an RPG battle system, a story and levels, so it's not that bad.
So just enjoy the sexy tickle scenes :) I mean, it could be worse, there are plenty of games out there that don't even have sprite animations.
In conclusion, yes, they look like GIFs but so does every 2D sprite animation out there :)
