DATA fixes. More balance to Group C project

As it goes, Project C is becoming bigger, and sometime new holes are found to be fixed. So today we go with some balance repair.
The file in attachment is data fix for:
- Lancia LC1 (final gear, power fix)
- Mazda 727/737 (power fix)
- SHS Sauber Gr.C2 (power fix)
Just copy and replace
PS: Sthemo SM01 Gr.C Junior (red one above) is already tested and coming next month ^_^
