Quest Failed: Chapter Two - Dev Log #52

Hi there! I'm back with the 52nd dev log--gosh we've had a whole of them, huh? How is everybody doing today?

I've noticed that quite a new people are among us now and that we're so close to hitting the $2,500 goal, which is truly amazing! Thank you all so much for your support~ I have something special to share once we hit the $2,500 mark--something a little goofy, but hey, a promise is a promise--so look forward to that!

I'm going to try and balance between making super technical development logs like the last one, and then these more light hearted ones that take a more story/character orientated look into the world for those that might be curious.

So, today we'll take a look at someone who's kind of fallen into the shadows during all the hype and promotion for Chapter Two--our good old friend(?); the hooded girl~ In fact, even during Chapter One, outside of her h-scenes, her presence was fairly minuscule compared to the other characters.

A woman of few words--and the few words she does utter seem to be focused on revenge, or her bizarre fixation on Matthew--the true extent of her violent rampage from town to town is yet to be known. The only thing we're certain of is that she believes she has no other choice if she is to exact her revenge on this person who has taken everything away from her.

Will Matthew have the courage to confront her and finally get a deeper understanding of her plight and why she does what she does? Or will he end up getting half his soul sucked out by those luscious blue lips of hers~? (I'm betting on both, personally.)

It's probably not a big secret judging by my avatar, but I really do have a fondness for the hooded girl, and emotionless kinds of characters in general so I really can't wait to share more about her in the coming chapter and finally get to reveal more of her character! And perhaps, maybe, we'll even get to take a peak under that silly oversized hood of hers!
