Quest Failed: Chapter Two - Dev Log #78

Hiya there, guys!

First of all--I'm really sorry for how long it took me to get back to the regularly scheduled dev logs. What with Christmas and New Years and all everything kinda got thrown for a loop.

But the important thing is...we're back! We've alive! And we're working harder than ever~ (Honest, really!)

Admittedly I struggled to decide what sort of thing I could preview today--but then I realised it's been quite some time since I've shown how the voice acting has been coming along! So today I've attached a sensual treat for the ears~ Alpha players might already be familiar with the context of this scene, but for the rest of you I'll leave you to wonder as to what exactly might be going on, haha. It's a rough mix of lines with a couple omitted here and there for previewing's sake--but I felt like there's a good mix of teasing giggles to make it interesting without overtly revealing what's going on~

It's always something of a treat to hear the scenes I write come to life through voice and I really can't express my gratitude enough to all of the VAs associated with the project. During auditioning processes I really tried my best to ensure that each character had the perfect voice associated with them and feel I've ended up with the best roster I could have ever hoped for! I just know that with future games it's going to be quite the challenge to top, or to continue finding new voices for characters with how limited the pool of willing adult voice actresses can be. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it~

Also--while I want to ever avoid making these the direct focus of the dev logs themselves, since I know you all come for the Quest Failed content--and would never want you to think I was doing a 180 and focusing on something else, for the sake of having more to show in these development logs, I did want to offer a small preview of that other small project that was in the works in tandem with this and show off the owner of a certain establishment!

Her name is Jessica and despite her graceful and elegant looks, she's something of a mischievous woman and will prove to be a handful for our poor MC! (And again I want to stress that no resources from QF are being diverted to this in anyway and it's simply a small little side thing I do every now and again when I need a small break from Chapter Two to recharge!)
