Another Update + goals for Scale of Survival V0.3
Added 2025-01-17 16:20:03 +0000 UTCHello ! Here's another update for the game. I’ve added another emote (taunt) and asked VelvetLily to make all the voicelines for the different animations.
I also implemented a combo rank system : Each hit you make to an enemy add progress to your combo rank starting from F rank and it can go up until SSS rank (good luck reaching it haha).
However this combo rank degrades over time or if you get hit enough times.
I also implemented a new spell for our heroine : Stomp! You can only access to stomp once you grow to a certain height and it has a cooldown. The stomp can stun all enemies in her range (that increases depending on the size of our heroine). Each enemy hit by the stun will contribute to the combo rank.
Before releasing Scale Of Survival V0.3, I would like to add the following features :
Debugging the AI enemy (some of them are still acting strange).
Fixing the Score count (your best rank will also add score to the final score)
Fixing the overall sounds (I’ve noticed that you can't properly hear the heroine because of all the portals and enemies attack SFX)
Including others combo and attacks such as running attack/jump attack
Adding 2 more enemies and one more ally.
a Soft Lock ability : when you try to attack, the heroine will always face the closest enemy so that you don't throw a combo in the void.
