Game access tier distribution Planning

The plan is to do that after we finish most of the content in Chiho's home, that is to say, when we are around 70-80% complete. The actual date of release is yet to be discussed.
After release, alpha backers still have the privilege to access the test version of each update 2-3 weeks before game access backers.
