It would start with Bridgette (The Inn girl) prepping a meal for the feast while telling you about the holiday's history, then the haberdasher providing your costume, carving pumpkins with Maybell, lighting lanterns with Willow, and talking by the bonfire with Nightshade. Are there any other characters or specific activities you would like to see included? (perhaps peter may even make a controversial appearance..)
