Note to recreators: She mentioned this an ultra pearl pigment. From what I know about these types of mixes, the swirling effect is traditionally created with "pearl dust." That's what they use in the liquor version of these things I know. You can order a container on amazon for about 5 bucks. If you combine this with some other coloring agent, I'm sure it would be cheaper than buying the makeup. I wouldn't know the price because I've never worn makeup, but I digress. You may want to pick up some of this stuff before you try it.
