Noelle - Abyss Armor + Burst Toggle

This started as a full armor Noelle but the more I looked at favonius armors vs abyss armors... Well we can just say the strong factor was just not there. In the end this beauty was born <3
The weapon mods Whiteblind but it can be ported to others with ease. Guides for it in GB.
The toggle just puts the helmet on when pressing Q and lasts for 15 seconds.
(For manual toggle read ini file and edit as instructed there.)
