WIP character size change

The movement is very nice but its breaking npcs around me. So thats on the todo list.
the weapons, gliders and accessories idles might have are all on their original place and I don't plan to fix them xD
ps: hands and neck are broken cause this is a quick and dirty model with poor weighting for the sake of testing. they are not caused by the size change, rather my lazyness
