Devlog 84(How was last update)

Not much to report at the moment, work on the newest update is underway, but it's in the early stages.
But while you're here, how about some feedback for the last update?
Did you like it? Did you not? What did you like or dislike about what happened?
Give it a rating from 1 to 10 compared to other updates you've seen from me and others. If another dev is doing shit you think I could take inspiration from, let me know.

This was an amazing experience, and my arbitrary rating is a 9.5/10. Here are my thoughts: Syla - I love her, she is my favorite mom in a fantasy setting. Her cheerful attitude and gesturing are very charming. I'm quite impressionable and she made me cry my eyes out. A monster mommy that is more human and has a bigger heart than most humans. Ella - She's amazing, my MC is extremely grateful for meeting her and changing his life, he will love her forever. Whenever Ella is involved in the story, it's so exciting. She's a great leader, teacher and lover. Doll Ella is also charming and cool, I'm glad she risked it all and went with us to the monster dimension. She feels like a small sister to Ella. If my MC can do anything to revive big Ella, he'll do it. Amber & Liz - We all failed them and I feel a lot of guilt. I wish there were a few more options to explore this guilt, and that we could have asked Doll Ella what could be done to restore them (this would had made it a 10/10 for me). I don't know how that level of mental trauma could ever be solved or made better. HERO - I resent their failure to take this situation seriously, failing to defend the twins despite using them as bait. I find them directly responsible and guilty for the suffering Amber & Liz are going through. Their hubris and arrogance turned a simple capture mission into a complete blunder. This is made even worse in my mind for their failure to make amends and at least do something to rescue the twins.

2024-10-27 18:26:58 +0000 UTCjust finished it until and it was great, i had thought that the choice made when we start exploring the memory path where definitive and thought i planned for like a week which one i should choose to get a new power/ability. my final choice was the body with time second.

2024-10-25 23:13:06 +0000 UTCI really liked the birthday event, it was a nice moment and a great opportunity to let Amber resolve some of her issues. What I found annoying was not knowing how much time they spent between training events and on the carriage. I am assuming that was intentional on your part, to drive home the fact that the team has been relentlessly pursuing their despite how grueling the time spent on the journey has been for them.

2024-10-11 16:37:01 +0000 UTC10/10, the backgrounds and general settings were incredible, the swim date with amber was breathtaking, all the sex scenes were really high quality, id say the visuals were probably a 30% increase, the story and combat was all brilliant and the humour was on point too. Really solid update
Rat of lies
2024-10-11 08:28:52 +0000 UTC8/10 for me! This was a bit more of a connective tissue arc from what I've seen, with the first half of the MC's past reveal being it's climax. Mostly just wish it finished the whole MC's past arc before the update was over, but maybe I'm spoiled after how great a note the last update finished on. Overall, the progress on this story has been great, I'm not used to this sort of consistent quality coming out for projects like this.

2024-10-06 06:17:35 +0000 UTC9/10 Really enjoyed the monster world segments and backstory. I think you're still knocking it out of the park with each update. Amber birthday moment was super cool. MC seems to consistently come off as an ass to her in dialogue though but maybe I'm just misinterpreting banter. Not a major issue since most of the characters are ass's in one way or another.

The amber surprise, and michael being a boss like always was really fun, but finally seeing indra and the backstory was amazing it even took some tiers from me, the only critique i have is after mom loss there is a moment that the sound go back to being rock before going sad again i think it would work better being sad through it all to set the feeling

Honestly, could lean into that even more if we're going to spend much more time on the monster world. Dream world stuff is always sick. MC/Syla backstory is sick. More Ella is sick.

2024-10-05 01:51:16 +0000 UTC8 out of 10. Despite this update being a little shorter than usual, it finally delivered significant backstory to the MC and the game itself. Wishlist for next update: new monsters, more character development, and hopefully a new evolution.
