Gex VR Chat avatar demo [video, link in post]
Added 2025-07-28 03:36:33 +0000 UTCAbout a year ago, I looked for a Gex avatar in VR Chat and found only emptiness and tragedy, so I did something about it! I've been working on this on and off for about a year now, but I only REALLY put my nose to the grindstone on it this past month, and I think the base version is complete! I wanted it to be as accurate as possible while giving him the usual "body" I give all the subjects I make stuff for, but I had a bit of leeway because when you analyze each of Gex's appearnces in ads, promos, and game FMVs, his design is different in every one of them-- even for the same game! Probably just another one of those cases of material being made during beta and not being updated to save time.
I intend on adding outfits and maybe some other stuff to him down the line!
