🤔Need your opinion

I’ll start working on Episode 6 of WOW next week, and I need to share my concerns about the future of the series with you.

In the past, some of you have expressed reservations about the male characters—either too ugly, too muscular, or, well, goblins… yuck. The series was originally created to feature creatures—humanoid, sure, but not necessarily easy on the eyes. However, I had to scale back quickly due to the negative feedback I received from the very first episode.

I figured that as long as the female model was well-designed, the audience would follow, but I’ve come to realize that for some of you, their partners are just as important.

Episode 6 simply won’t work without a creature. That’s why I’d like to hear your thoughts on the matter. Here’s a screen test of the next character:

As long as the creatures are not too "nasty" I understand that is a very subjective term. But like in this instance, a big "ugly" ogre works because it puts the female character in a vulnerable position, and that's always fun. That said, it's most important that you make a coherent story that sparks inspiration in you, and hard-ons in us :P I might prefer series like Porn Academy, and I like the variation in WOW for sure. So I say, the show must go on :)

Everyone have different tastes and it's hard to please everyone at the same time. Personally, I do like the monsters like Blackadder uses in his comics. Most important thing is that you do what you really want to do firstly. Passion driven projects alleays becomes the best ones. :)

Alexus

I generally don't like weird characters. The goblins worked because the women were so fire

Joseph

The goblins are what initially drew me to your works, been a fan of the WOW and the Academy series

Ace Kayuki

It's all up to you Nick on how you make your content. I honestly like the goblins you've created since then. The way I look at it is all about finding the balance of detail in character design. If you put too much detail in the creature orc, goblin, demon etc. it can be off putting at least for me. As long as said character has the details to be what it is suppose to be example take like a humanoid from a anime. Skin color is green, has tusk teeth, tall, some muscle detail than main character boom it's a orc same process for other creatures. But in the end it comes down to the creator so whatever you choose do Nick is fine by me!

Onedude207

I like the character, mostly because he's big. I prefer the male monsters big but a little more clean/not ugly like a muscular anubis or minotaur etc.

To be real with you…I don’t want you to go the route of blackadder3d with monsters, vampires, goblins etc. but I also don’t want you to be restricted in your ideas so…do what you think might be best for your work but also for yourself because you have to love it in order to keep doing it!

Gustavo Beltran

Thank you for your feedback, guys. I really appreciate it. 👍 Especially when it's good feedback 😃

Nick Cockman

Nope, never with me!

Nick Cockman

small hung goblins/creatures is good should do more of that ^ But yes whatever you create is always good enough :)

Rmachine

Personally, I like the goblins, but the final decision is yours.

Kenneth Rhodes

👍 np Ogre, Orc, Goblins, potentially even Kobolds and Bugbears should work fine too Hell you'd probably even get some praise for Orc Women

Gilver

Yeah I think that can work. It's still a beast man. Frightening but not nightmare fuel.

TheLoreMaker

Thank you for this information.

ARCHITECTE 01

Good Idea to use the Ogre!!!👍 Maybe we see a female creature in one episode sometimes....😁

Sebastian Reyer

I think for you to stay interested and do the amount of work required, you need to make what you want to make. Not everyone will like everything you do. I thought this guy was to be a giant but looks more like an ogre. I'm good with whatever and looking forward to this episode.

wizgum

I like the variations. If you are doing this type of fantasy series it has to be other creatures. Everyone has different tastes but then I think people know what sort of scenario will be expected in each of your story lines. Be it WOW or X-Team. Keep it up.

Nosmits

Glad to hear you're in 🙂

The creatures/non-humanoids in this series is what got me interested in this project in the first place. Makes it stand out from all your other projects. Of course your decision and feelings are what matter most but I personally would like the content to continue as intended. Haha

Luis Maldonado

The non human models in your content look fine to me, like I understand that they ARE monsters in terms of appearance so it only makes sense that they look it Ultimately Nick this is your content, you should always be true to yourself and stick to what you wish to see/want to have featured. Every artist should stay true to their visions That being said I am quite excited for more WOW content, outside of the drop dead sexy elves I am curious to see the overarching story

Gilver

Thank you for your feedback.

Nick Cockman

I have issues with a lot of adult content, but not this one. I understand that some people might not be into it. But I still want them to find something they enjoy just as much as the majority does. Maybe I’ll manage to win them over anyway with the storyline and, above all, the female character’s behavior. I have quite a few cool ideas for this project.

Nick Cockman

Personally, I'm largely apathetic to what's doing the fucking as long as what's being fucked is to my taste. I'm also aware that not every piece of content a creator makes has to be to my preferences, so I won't complain about it when something I'm not find of gets made, especially when most of the content is stuff that I like. It's always better when creators are given the most freedom to make the things they want. So bring on the goblins, orcs, aliens, etc. As long as the babes are hot and the poses are the quality we're used to , I'm here for it.

I tried to maximize the chances of approval XD

Thanks for your feedback and kind comment.

Nick Cockman

Creatures have to be humanoid, these are Patreon's community guidelines. So I can't (and honestly don't want to) go beyond that.

Nick Cockman

Glad you like it 🙂

Same comment as below. Thank you for your support!

Great to have patrons like you, sir. 🙏

anal means approve ... :-D

Your work is second to none. The best of the best. Having said that, I’m not a “ Goblin” fan. I like the huge muscle bound hulk kind of creatures. But it may not work here or be doable. It won’t change my loyalties, but you did ask. Thanks

supernat54

Anything you want except tentacles..fed up with tentacles. And no insects either, please. After to discuss, since you are asking for advice, it is true that in a heroic fantasy universe if the monsters are not disgusting it is not really a monster. But they can evolve in a positive way in look. Look in the series "me who reincarnated as a slime" and "re-monster", they are ugly at the beginning and at the end they all make the cover page of vogue magazine :) So who knows, it bothers people to see goblins, let's imagine that the more they make love the more it risks evolving in a positive way. It can, maybe please everyone who knows.

ARCHITECTE 01

Didn't know people had issue with goblins and orcs 😢 At least the overwhelming majority is in favor, it's just somethings are not appealing to everyone

Christian Herrera

If you don't follow your passion your art will suffer, you do you, we are along for the ride :D

fyerfly

Stick to your vision. Make the story you want to make.

Populuxe

Wow has been a great series so far…the goblins are cool… I was waiting for the goblin king/chief to be introduced… Since vargo mentioned it a couple of times…
