Few changes were made to the original room. I just removed a few objects and separated some elements like the sofa, table, etc., so they can be moved and resized.
SMALL HOUSE (mod of R9ZRoom 226)
Originally, it was a small apartment used in a Japanese video game (I don't know which one). I made several modifications to westernize it and turn it into a small house. There's only one living space, but there's room to add a bathroom and another room. Since it wasn't necessary for my video, I kept it simple.

Indeed, the sole reason for the purchase of my last PC to date is so that I can use TK17 on a reasonably good enough system. What I miscalculated, however, was that it would require free time as well, for me to be able to put all the available TK17 resources to good use... That's when you have a first-person experience regarding all the time and skill required from Nick so as to achieve the results he's getting from that software. Have a nice Sunday !
