2230 Earth
Harry stared at the portal that formed in his lab deep underground on the edge of his lands. He and Hermione had built the lab far away from Potter Manor so they never risked their home with anything they experimented on. Despite it being 250 years after his birth, Harry looked one-tenth that age. As far as they could tell he had never aged physically past twenty-five years old. The quirk that had made him immortal was something it had taken he and Hermione over a century to fully understand. As he stared at the portal Harry’s mind thought back to his life here on Earth.
He'd defeated Voldemort at the end of Hogwarts by luck and the manipulations of Albus Dumbledore. After the defeat of Voldemort Harry had occasionally been challenged by an up and coming dark wizard to the point where he’d been forced to actually learn to be an absolutely lethal fighter. He’d uncovered a significant fortune from his parents and Sirius that Dumbledore had done his best to suppress the knowledge of. Harry had hired the best tutors to make him lethal. He’d also uncovered the Weasleys trying to love potion himself and Hermione. He and Hermione had broken free from the Weasleys and after a time of recovery became an item. He and Hermione had married and had three children. It had taken them a few years after they had both passed twenty-five to realize that he wasn’t aging.
Eventually they would figure out the cause was because of the basilisk venom and phoenix tears in his blood. Few who had ever put basilisk venom in their blood stream had actually survived it. None as far as they knew would ever have had access to venom from a magically potent thousand year old basilisk. The fact that Harry had defeated that monster in combat at mortal peril to himself gave him greater access to its conquered magic. So even if there had been any of that venom left by the time they figured it out, Hermione hadn’t conquered the creature. They used glamor charms to hide the fact that Harry wasn’t aging.
Harry’s wife had influenced him into loving learning once he was free of the manipulations of Dumbledore and others. He’d become a part time magical researcher just like her. Neither of them needed to work. Instead they spent their time inventing and researching when they weren’t raising their children. They also traveled the world with their family learning all sorts of interesting magic. Harry also dabbled in tomb raiding for the occasional fun. He threw himself into alchemy when he realized Hermione was getting a lot older. Eventually he had gone back and retrieved the Deathly Hallows. He uncovered their many secrets and abilities they granted their master. Harry didn’t know if they were created by death or just some other superior being. But there was no denying their effectiveness.
The hallows allowed him to summon the spirits of the dead and compel them to talk. Nicholas Flamel and his wife were not among those spirits. He suspected they were still among the living and still actively using their stone. Unfortunately by that point Flamel had gone to ground for the time being. And he’d gotten quite good at hiding over his many centuries of life. Harry had other avenues of research he pursued towards keeping his Hermione alive or even bringing her back. Unfortunately none of them panned out. The next most promising was using the hallows to pull her essence back from beyond the grave. But he could only do that with a younger body for her to come into. Unfortunately the rituals to create a body left a person either horribly disfigured like Voldemort or magicless. He considered finding a muggle in a coma. But the ethics of that were questionable at best.
Hermione had seen her end coming. Towards her last twenty years she took a young woman under her wing who she could tell had a crush on her husband, Flora. Flora was the great-great granddaughter of Fleur and Fleur’s spitting image. Flora started off by joining their bed for threesomes. But then eventually as Hermione grew incapable of keeping up with Harry even with the aid of potions, it was just Flora in bed with him. Hermione taught Flora every trick she knew to please Harry. Harry never gave up his research in the stone. Hermione passed at the age of two hundred peacefully in her sleep. Harry was inconsolable. By that point magical portraits had evolved to be truly sentient AI with the help of memories of who they were created after. That was some of Hermione’s most brilliant work. He had a three-dimensional portrait of her that looked like a solid illusion. It was actually contained within a floating orb. She was called P-Hermione for Portrait-Hermione to distinguish her from the original. P-Hermione directed Flora how to coax Harry out of his grief and keep him working. He perfected his version of the philosopher’s stone twenty years after Hermione’s passing. His eldest son Daniel had followed in their footsteps in magical research. Harry made certain Daniel had the ability to create philosopher’s stone and the elixir of life. All of his family would be on it if they chose.
It was at the age of 248 that Harry finished one of the most complex magics he and Hermione had ever envisioned, a stable temporal portal that could take a traveler into any point in the past. But the temporal portal would not rewrite the future the traveler came from. Instead, what it did was take the person into the past to a point that was identical to their past. But from that moment on they lived in a divergent universe. That was when Harry came up with the plan he was enacting now. He planned to travel to his past to when Hermione had just given birth to their last child and start her on the elixir. He planned to summon his Hermione’s essence back into that divergent universe and merge her with her younger self. He planned to physically merge with his younger self using another specially crafted spell that could merge two versions of the same being. He would in essence absorb his younger self who was a copy of him that was less (less memories and experience). But there were a lot of unknowns. This was an untested piece of magic. So, he had taken the two years after creating the magic to gather what was needed. He knew there was a chance something could go wrong and he could end up somewhere he didn’t intend. So, he crafted a trunk that Hermione had designed as one of her projects.
The trunk could create compartments as needed with expandable pocket dimensions. He stored copies of all the muggle/magical advancements that had been made during his lifetime, an entire spacious apartment, a copy of the Potter/Black libraries, and a decent portion of his fortune. The rest of his fortune he turned over to his children. They would each be sitting on over fifty million galleons and he would take that amount of precious metals and gems with him. He also made a second copy of P-Hermione. The original would stay with his children. He also created a P-Harry to stay with his children. Flora took it surprisingly well. One of his great-grandsons that was Harry’s doppelganger had always been interested in Flora. The two of them got on well together.
His trunk was stocked with every provision he could possibly ever need. He had the ability to grow more potions ingredients of all sorts including the elves to tend to them. He had a magical menagerie to grow the animal potions ingredients he would need. He had a huge stockpile of wands, food, clothing, and toiletries. Harry had already said goodbye to his children. A magical recording device was set up on this end to monitor the portal from this side. It would transmit to a receiver in his trunk which was linked magically to the transmitter. Harry hoped to get some data from both sides. Harry came out of his thoughts and stepped through the portal.
He felt himself being tossed about. A maelstrom of sights and sounds assaulted him. He didn’t know which way was up or down. He felt magic infuse his blood and change him. He couldn’t say how at the moment. Then he was thrown out of another portal. Harry could now clearly tell which way was up. Because he found himself falling. He was in the atmosphere of a planet at least. The protective runes on his body armor hadn’t needed to activate. The runes would have protected him if he’d ended up in a vacuum. Harry had learned to fly like Voldemort after he’d reached 60 years old. He took control of his movement and allowed himself to gently float down.
“Fuck,” Harry swore as he took in the surface of the planet below him.
This very clearly was not Earth. Trees that looked like giant flowers towered over the landscape. The very air was saturated with magic. He felt his power relishing in the magic of the environment. His normal magical senses which could reach maybe one hundred meters expanded. He quickly found himself sensing kilometers around himself and then even further until he could sense the entire planet. He sensed many life forms, many magical creatures. But none of them was as powerful as a sentient magical presence he could sense on the other side of the planet. He could tell from her magic instantly that it was a she. He drew his magical senses back in because he found it very disconcerting and reigned in his aura. This was an unknown situation. It was very likely that if he could sense her that she might be able to sense him. He had lowered to a hover over the trees. He could see many animals below that were nothing like what he knew of from Earth.
Harry suddenly felt an instinct that he associated with his magic. The instinct urged him to go to this magical woman. He suddenly knew how to safely apparate near her. But he decided to take the time to fly towards her so that he had time to think. As he flew he spotted several ships in the distance that looked very advanced. The muggles had advanced quite a bit since the time Harry was born. But these ships looked beyond what the muggles had come up with. Harry would know. He’d made it a point to keep up on non-magical developments. He’d even studied some engineering in his time so that he could better understand spaceships. He was fascinated by space.
One of his projects which he hadn’t spent a lot of time on compared to his primary pursuits was designing a magical spaceship that could travel faster than light. It was based on a portkey propulsion engine. He'd been close to a finalized prototype before Hermione’s death. He’d only worked on it sparingly as a distraction since then.
Harry was brought out of his thoughts as he came in sight of a great number of sentient beings. He’d made himself invisible. So he flew unimpeded over squadrons of humanoids wearing white armor carrying black rifles of some sort. There were also mechanized devices that these humanoids were riding inside of or upon. Several of the humanoids were riding on large insects which Harry would later learn were called gelagrubs or ground beetles. Then he came in sight of her, the female his senses had told him was present. She was not what he expected. She was quite obviously an alien. If her blue skin didn’t give it away, the two thick tentacles that protruded from her head in place of hair would have given the game away. Instead of shell-shaped ears like a human had hers were cone-shaped. They protruded from a head dress styled around her tentacles and head made out of some sort of leather. Her clothing was of the same skin-tight leather material. Her mid-riff was bare showing off a toned tummy. Her pants were also skin-tight leather. Despite her alien nature Harry found her very beautiful.
The magical instinct again spoke to him and told him one word Aayla. The instinct told him it was her name. He felt the strong urge to follow her. He followed her flying invisibly. But the longer he watched her the more attracted he became to her. His lust for her grew as he watched her. He began to imagine all kinds of sex acts with her. When he unintentionally activated his mage sight he knew something was wrong. His mage sight didn’t just see magic. It allowed him to see through matter. He saw Aayla in all of her naked glory. It gave him a raging erection. He immediately began focusing on his occlumency to suppress these feelings. It took a considerable amount of time to get himself under control. His mind immediately began to question the cause. Aayla wasn’t emitting anything like a veela. It could be something strange in this universe. Or it could have been the portal. He would have to study it later. Hopefully his sensor readings would reveal the cause to him.
In the meantime while he got himself under control Aayla’s party was attacked by a large six-legged creature that reminded Harry of a cross between a crab and a spider. The people below had shouted Acklay when it attacked. So, that was what Harry knew its name to be. Aayla had been holding a cylinder in her hand as they walked through the forest. That cylinder ignited into a laser beam that stopped a certain distance from the hilt. She proved it was some kind of laser sword as she wielded it with beyond human speed, strength, and skill. He watched her with his mage sight and saw her channeling magic into her body to do what she was doing. The Acklay was dead in short order.
An hour later that magical instinct told Harry to draw Aayla to the side. He flew over out of sight of Aayla’s group and touched down. He flared his magic so she would feel it. He could immediately tell she had changed directions. When she came into the clearing where he stood, Harry saw the humanoids behind her spread out. Before Harry or Aayla could react they raised their rifles and fired into her back. They got off 3 shots which hit Aayla before Harry lifted his hand and telekinetically broke them in half. He literally tore them in half at the midsection. For good measure he ripped their rifles out of their hand. He ran to Aayla while keeping the humanoids in sight. He hit Aayla with a temporal stasis charm which would keep her in suspended animation. He saw three nasty holes in her back that went down to the bone.
One was just below her left butt cheek touching the very bottom of her cheek. The other was above her right butt cheek touching the top of her cheek. The last shot was close to her spine on her left hand side on her upper back. Harry had experience staging a scene to make it look the way he wanted. It didn’t take him long to transfigure a permanent body that looked like Aayla’s. He cleaned up the scene to make it look like they had killed each other. Then he floated Aayla behind him as he lifted into the air. That magical instinct again guided him to a cave that seemed perfect.
Fawkes landed in the cave with him. The firebird had been flying high above the jungle while Harry had been observing Aayla. Harry summoned a magical tent out of his trunk and erected it in the cave which he had to expand slightly. Inside the tent he conjured a medical bed which he set Aayla on. He performed a switching spell with the air sending her damaged clothing to a pile in the corner for later repair. The next bit took quite a bit of concentration. He focused on putting a hole in the stasis charm above each wound one at a time. As he did, Fawkes sitting upon Harry’s arm cried into the wound. It was only thanks to his level of skill that Harry was able to manage the level of temporal gradient between the unfrozen tissue and the temporally frozen tissue. It was a gradual unfreezing in that tissue, not a sudden switch between frozen and unfrozen. The wounds closed up with the aid of some healing spells. But there was scar tissue left behind. He released the stasis charm and cast some more spells to help Aayla avoid shock. He also had to cast a charm to restart her heart. He then conjured a gown onto Aayla’s body and cast another charm. This piece of magic was the opposite of the stasis charm. A field formed around Aayla’s body that saw time speed up within. It was a matter of a minute for Harry but many hours later for Aayla that she awoke. The moment her eyes opened he dropped the field. He'd already cast a translation charm earlier.
“What happened? Where am I?” Aayla asked before the pain in the Force of all the deaths she was sensing overwhelmed her.
“Are you alright?” Harry asked. “I thought I healed your visible injuries,” Harry said as he cast another diagnostic spell.
“The Force. So much pain, so much death,” Aayla said.
“The Force? I don’t understand,” Harry admitted.
Now that she was so close to him Aayla could feel just how strong this man was in the Force. How had he been on Felucia without her being able to sense him?
“You have the Force inside of you. You’re very powerful in it,” Aayla said.
“Oh. My people call it magic,” Harry said.
“Many backwards planets do,” Aayla said. “No offense.”
“None taken. My people don’t have ships like yours,” Harry said. “What do you remember? The humanoids in white armor following you shot you in the back.”
“What? Why?” Aayla said. “All I remember is pain,” She said as she reached around to her back only to realize she wasn’t in her normal clothes.
“You were shot three times in the back,” Harry said as he projected an illusion of his memory showing her hideous wounds.
Aayla was less concerned with the naked image of her back as she was with the hideous wounds.
“How am I still alive?” Aayla asked. Fawkes trilled and Aayla noticed the beautiful creature which was perched in a corner of the room on a perch made for him. “What is that?”
“Fawkes and I are quite good at healing people together. I admit, I’ve never encountered your species before. I’m not even sure what your species is called,” Harry said. “Fawkes is a phoenix. My name is Harry. I’m a human in case you never encountered my species before.”
“I’ve met plenty of humans. My clone troopers are human,” Aayla said.
Harry seemed to still at the mention of clones.
“You have viable cloning technology?” Harry asked.
“Yes. The cloners on Kamino are quite good,” Aayla said. “How could you encounter my clones and not know they were human?”
“I knew they were humanoid. But I didn’t want to assume they were human. After all, you clearly aren’t,” Harry said.
“I’m a Twilek from the planet Ryloth,” Aayla said. The words seemed to have no meaning for him and Aayla recognized this. She was more concerned with the death and pain she was feeling in the Force. “Look, you’ve obviously saved my life. Those wounds look fatal. Thank you. I can feel my fellow Force users, my fellow Jedi, dying all over the galaxy.”
“Were your fellow Jedi with clones like you?” Harry asked.
“Yes,” Aayla said as realization set in. “Only the Chancelor could have ordered an attack like this. We’ve been betrayed.”
“Right. I need a guide in this galaxy. I know nothing about it. If you’ll be my guide I will help you help your fellow Jedi. I’m assuming you could get a warning off to them,” Harry said.
“I’ll help you. But it’s too late to get a warning off to them,” Aayla said.
“You leave that part to me,” Harry said.
Harry gestured towards Aayla’s clothes which floated over to hang suspended in the air before them. Aayla saw the blaster holes in the back of her clothes and thought they were ruined. Then before their eyes they mended themselves. Then they were seemingly clean as if they were freshly laundered. Aayla felt Harry wielding the Force each time. She goggled at the displays she had never seen. Then she suddenly felt her clothes back on her while the gown she had been wearing hung in the air.
“How are you doing that?” Aayla asked.
“I take it you’ve never seen magic wielded this way?” Harry asked.
“No,” Aayla answered.
“Then we’re even. I’ve never seen magic wielded the way you fought that Acklay earlier or seen a laser sword like yours,” Harry said.
“It’s called a lightsaber,” Aayla said.
“Right then. Explanations later. For now just realize I have a crap ton of Force abilities you’ve probably never imagined. Let’s help your friends first,” Harry said. “Follow me please.” Harry led Aayla out of the tent. She goggled again as she realized she had been in a tent that was impossibly big on the inside. She didn’t ask about it because he had warned her. “This is going to feel very uncomfortable until you get used to it. It will feel like you are being squeezed impossibly tight. But then it will end quickly,” Harry warned.
He wrapped his arm around her. Aayla was able to get a sense of his emotions with her empathic abilities when he touched her. She felt determination and other emotions. She didn’t feel the usual lust every man had for her. There was a light attraction. But there was no burning lust. She didn’t realize he was suppressing it with occlumency. Then she felt the sensation he had warned her about. Suddenly they were floating in the air above a group of clone troopers. Harry gestured with his hand and a wave of reddish Force energy washed over the troopers knocking them all unconscious.
“We’re flying,” Aayla said in surprise.
“We are,” Harry agreed while gesturing towards a particular trooper.
The trooper floated up before him, his helmet vanished, and he was woken up. Harry seemed to stare intently into the eyes of the trooper who couldn’t seem to see them. She realized they must be invisible.
“Order 66,” Harry whispered as he continued to stare at the trooper.
Harry stared harder at the trooper and blood started to seep out of the corner of the trooper’s eyes. The trooper let out a scream and clutched its head. Then it stared off into nothingness with a completely braindead expression.
“Fuck, I hate doing that,” Harry said in galactic basic.
“What did you do?” Aayla asked.
“I read his mind. At the end there since he was our enemy I took his knowledge of some of his basic training. I now know galactic basic and how to operate onboard a starship,” Harry said. “I was using translation magic before.”
Aayla was stunned. The implications of telepathy like what she had just seen were rather terrifying. This man was more powerful than any Jedi she had ever seen. If she wasn’t able to sense him working in the Force she would think him a god.
“Did you find out anything about why they betrayed me? You said Order 66,” Aayla said.
“It was part of their programming none of the Jedi knew about. It was an Order that only the highest level of your government could enact. It was basically wipe out the Jedi,” Harry explained. Aayla swore. “Now let’s do something good with that information,” He said.
Harry began to positively glow with Force energy. Aayla realized in that moment that she had been only feeling a small part of his Force presence before. Now she wasn’t so sure she wasn’t in the presence of some ancient Force god. She clung to his form as the world began rewinding around her. She realized he was somehow interacting with time. The world around her flashed by in reverse. The effect lasted a few minutes. But she felt certain that several hours had passed when the effect stopped.
“What just happened?” Aayla asked.
“I took us several hours back in time,” Harry said.
Teleportation, time travel, incredible acts with the Force. Aayla wasn’t so certain this man wasn’t in fact a god. On Harry’s part he felt mildly drained. But then the high concentration of magic around him quickly began refilling his magical core. Learning to time travel up to several weeks without a time turner had been an impressive achievement for Harry and Hermione. They’d been able to go back further than the time turner models of their youth. Throughout this all Harry never visibly used his wand. That was because his wand was embedded within a pocket dimension tied to the wrist-band on his right-wrist. There was enough space in that pocket dimension for the wand to fully form whatever spell he cast and project it out without ever risking his wand’s destruction. He shaped the spell with his mind instead of with wand movement. There was an incredibly complex micro-runic array within the pocket dimension that helped him shape the magic mentally. The wrist-band was called a PDB (Pocket Dimensional Bandolier). It was another invention of Hermione’s creation.
“You must have been sent by the Force,” Aayla said in amazement. “Thank you,” She said as she hugged him tightly.
“You’re quite welcome. Now how do we best warn your people?” Harry asked.
Aayla guided him towards the communications station. He threw up a quick muggle repelling ward. It didn’t have any effect on Aayla since she wasn’t non-magical. He watched her quickly work the controls of the empty room until a hologram of another new species appeared. He would later learn this species was called Togrutan.
“Master Shaak Ti,” Aayla greeted.
“Aayla,” Shaak Ti greeted. “What is wrong?” She asked immediately sensing something was wrong in the Force.
“Time is short. Embedded in the clone programming is an order to obey the highest authority and turn on the Jedi. It is called Order 66. They will wipe out the Jedi. I have lived through it. I was short in the back fatally three times. This man is a powerful Force user. He healed me and brought us back to this point in time,” Aayla said as she gestured towards Harry.
“By the living Force,” Shaak Ti said. “You’re serious. I can feel it in the Force. And the Force is screaming at me to believe you.”
“I am,” Aayla said. “Please evacuate the temple and warn as many Jedi as you can.”
“Master Windu and several of the other masters just went to confront the Supreme Chancelor. He has revealed himself to be a sith lord,” Shaak Ti explained.
“If they haven’t reached yet, call them off first. It is obvious they failed. And their failure might be what instigated Order 66,” Harry said.
Shaak Ti grabbed her communicator and immediately said, “Master Windu.”
“Windu here,” Mace said.
“Have you reached the supreme chancellor yet?” Shaak Ti asked.
“Not yet. We’re about to enter the building,” Mace said.
“Stop,” Shaak Ti cried. “New intelligence has come to light. Please come back to the temple immediately.”
“You’re certain?” Mace asked.
“Yes. Please come back. By the living Force come back and find me,” Shaak said.
“Understood,” Mace said before disconnecting.
“You may have just bought the time needed to get more Jedi to safety. I suggest contacting them. Their clones will turn on them,” Harry said.
“Who are you?” Shaak Ti asked.
“His name is Harry Potter,” Aayla said.
“Do you have a way offworld?” Shaak Ti asked Aayla.
“We plan to go looting,” Aayla said.
“I can hide a ship from the clones being able to perceive it,” Harry said.
“A useful trick,” Shaak Ti said appreciatively. “We’ll begin warning everyone and evacuate.”
“Don’t contact the version of me here yet. She hasn’t been killed yet. Or rather Harry hasn’t faked her death yet. Well technically I died and he brought me back,” Aayla said.
“I look forward to hearing that story,” Shaak Ti said.
Shaak Ti cut the communication. Aayla led them invisibly out of the communications building. She then proceeded to point out what Harry should loot. And loot he did. He stole 80% of the supplies replacing them with transfigured duplicates. They also went out to a shipyard where most of the smaller to mid-sized craft were stored. Harry used magic to hide several of the mid-sized ship and several of the smaller fighter craft including Aayla’s Jedi star fighter. He ended up with eight ships so that he would have spare parts.
When they were in the munitions building, Harry rigged the munitions he left behind to explode with some of his most damaging spells. They realized when Order 66 was being carried out. There were still deaths felt through the Force. But there were a lot fewer of them than they had sensed before.
Harry and Aayla would later learn that something had set Darth Sidious off and caused him to trigger Order 66. But it wasn’t Mace Window and the other Jedi attacking Sidious that set him off.
WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL
Aayla felt some dark presence following her in the Force. It took her a moment to realize she was asleep. She felt hunted. It was searching for her. She came awake when she felt a brilliant presence in the Force. Harry was standing there practically radiating Force energy.
“Something was happening,” Harry said as he allowed his aura to diminish. “Something dark felt like it was approaching.”
“It was something searching for me. It might have been a Sith,” Aayla said. “I don’t really know much about them.” Aayla was drenched in sweat. Harry hit her with a cleaning charm. “I don’t know if I can sleep with that thing able to come back. You chased it away.”
“You can sleep in my bed if you want, or at least my room if you are more comfortable,” Harry offered.
Aayla nodded and got up. He’d conjured her a long shirt to sleep in. She was used to sleeping nude. She wasn’t wearing anything under the long shirt. Her society raised her people from a young age to accept nudity.
Aayla fell asleep on one side of Harry’s bed while he slept on the other.
WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL – WaL
Harry woke up to the feeling of something soft against his right hand and someone laying against him. He opened his eyes and realized the compromising position he was in. Aayla was laying firmly pressed against him. His hand was on her bare ass. Her shirt had ridden up during the night. She had also cuddled up against him. Her bare pussy was pressed against his leg. His night shorts had ridden up as well. He had a raging erection. He cast a charm on his bladder vanishing the contents hoping his erection would go down. It didn’t.
Aayla came awake with a start. She moved away from him pulling his hand off her ass.
“Sorry, I woke up just now that way,” Harry said.
“You have nothing to be embarrassed about. I moved against you,” Aayla said as she glanced at his obvious erection.
“Do you have anyone back where you’re from, a boyfriend or a husband?” Harry asked.
“Jedi are forbidden attachments. We are allowed romantic love and sexual intercourse. But we aren’t allowed to marry or have attachments. Though I have heard many Jedi do marry in secret,” Aayla admitted.
“How the hell are you supposed to have love with no attachments?” Harry asked. “And why the hell not?”
“Having attachments and being ruled by our emotions is considered a way to follow the Dark Side. And I haven’t quite figured that out yet. It’s why I’m not involved,” Aayla admitted.
“What is the dark side?” Harry asked. “And can you tell me more about the Jedi?”
“I think maybe I should hear an explanation about where you’re from. I’ve never heard of Force abilities like yours and you don’t seem to know much about how things work around here,” Aayla said.
“Fair enough. On my planet which is called Earth we call the Force magic. Our male magic users are called wizards and the female are called witches. My planet isn’t in this universe. I traveled here via a portal. The portal was supposed to take me into the past of my own universe, not into another universe,” Harry said.
Aayla stared at him in shock.
“Not from this universe,” Aayla said in awe. “That’s amazing. No wonder your abilities seem so strange. In my universe there are two types of users of the Force, the Jedi and the Sith. The Jedi are peacekeepers helping keep the Republic functioning. There were around 10,000 of us before Order 66. The Sith follow the Dark Side while Jedi follow the Light Side of the Force. The Sith are consumed my fear, anger, and hate. I know in the past we fought wars when there used to be a lot of Sith. We are taught they were wiped out. But obviously that isn’t entirely true. Jedi can fall to the dark side if they don’t control their emotions. That is what we are told. About a thousand years ago Jedi stopped having openly approved families. Attachments were forbidden by the new Jedi code.”
“Wow. That sounds like a very hard way to live,” Harry said.
“It isn’t easy,” Aayla admitted.
“So what happens if someone wants to openly have a family?” Harry asked.
“They have to leave the Jedi order,” Aayla said. “We are inducted into the Order when we are children. I came in later than most. My people sell most young females offworld as sex slaves. We’re trained for it from a young age.”
“That’s horrible,” Harry said.
“It is,” Aayla agreed. “I was saved the fate of being bought and my training continued by the Order.”
“I can see why that would make you more willing to overlook their faults,” Harry said.
“Did your people not have the dark side of your magic and the light side?” Aayla asked curiously.
“We had dark magic and light magic. But even light magic could be used for some pretty dark purposes. I could have levitated someone up and released them. I could have dropped something from a great height on them. There were certain spells that were avoided when possible because they could have a corrupting effect. But I feel like there were far more spells that weren’t corrupting than those which were corrupting. There was a dark wizard who called himself Lord Voldemort. We called dark wizards like him a dark lord. His real name was Tom Riddle. He used a ritual to restore his body after it was destroyed. He was able to survive as a wraith, a non-corporeal entity because of abominations of magic he made called horcruxes. I digress. But I will say magic seems different in this universe, stronger. It’s the same magic. But the moment I arrived in this universe the background magic felt so much stronger. I’ve always had instincts that have helped me survived. But they’ve always been very minor urges. It’s like magic is speaking to me in this universe guiding me,” Harry explained.
“You’re able to sense the Force guiding you with no training specifically to do that?” Aayla asked in surprise. “It’s something I’m still learning to be really good at and I’ve been trained specifically for it. The Force guides Force users.”
“I wouldn’t say I have no training. But not specifically in that. Hmm…I wonder if it is my occlumency training that helps,” Harry mused. “And it’s good to know this is normal.”
“Occlumency?” Aayla inquired.
“It’s a magical discipline which has many advantages. It allows me to organize my mind for better memory recall. It allows for me to defend my mind against telepathic intrusion,” Harry mused. “It’s also related to aura suppression. I am able to cloak myself from your presence in the Force.”
“Is this something you can teach me?” Aayla asked eagerly.
“I believe I can, yes. But it takes a long time studying,” Harry admitted.
“Oh,” Aayla said. She thought about what would happen when they got off Felucia. Everything was so unknown at this point. She put thoughts like that out of her mind as her stomach growled. “I suppose we better get up and find some breakfast.”
As Aayla pulled away from him, Harry felt that same burning lust he’d felt before resurface just as strong as before. The sight of Aayla in nothing but a shirt which didn’t go down much beyond her butt was a sight he drank in. He forced the feelings down with his occlumency.
“Something is different about me,” Harry thought. “I need to figure out what it is.”

Aayla left Harry’s bedroom feeling his eyes on her. He was a very attractive man. That was for certain. She’d never engaged in sex before because she hadn’t quite figured out how to remain emotionally detached from the act. She’d employed her oral skills she’d been trained in growing up on a mission. But that was it. Even that intimacy left it hard to remained emotionally detached from her partner.
She was surprised to find a creature in the kitchen area of the tent that looked surprisingly like Master Yoda’s species with slight differences.
“Good morning Dabby,” Harry greeted Dobby’s great great grandson.
“Good morning Master Harry, Mistress Aayla,” Dabby greeted as he plated up food for them.
“Aayla, this is Dabby. He’s a house elf,” Harry explained. “They are a race of magical servants.”
Harry and Aayla sat down at the table.
“We have a similar species here. The grandmaster of the Jedi order is Yoda. His species is similar in appearance,” Aayla said as she eyed the breakfast.
It smelled good.
“Can your species eat the same food as humans?” Harry asked.
“Yes. I’ve never seen some of this food though as she picked up and tasted the bacon,” Aayla said. Her eyes lit up in joy. “Oh my.”
“Yes. That is a quite beloved food on my planet,” Harry said. “It’s called bacon. Those are eggs from a chicken cooked over easy. That is toast with butter.”
“It’s quite delicious. And it retains its heat,” Aayla said as she devoured the food while Dabby set an array of juice glasses in front of her.
“That would be a magical charm to keep it hot,” Harry explained. “How is the menagerie doing after the journey?” He asked.
“They are all just fine master. In fact the magical animals are very happy with the amount of magic in this universe,” Dabby answered.
Hermione had made it one of her personal projects to teach the Potter elves to speak better. She had done a wonderful job.
“Menagerie?” Aayla asked.
“I’ll show you after breakfast,” Harry promised. After they were done eating, Aayla watched as Harry produced a small object from his pocket. “This is my trunk. The pocket dimension that contains it attaches to whatever clothing I am wearing at the time. The pocket dimension makes my pocket so much bigger on the inside. I can probably fit just about anything inside there and it will expand. All I have to do is stick my hand in my pocket and think of what I want and the shrunken object will appear in my hand. It’s damn near indestructible too.”
“That’s very useful,” Aayla said appreciatively as he enlarged his trunk and opened it up.
Aayla saw a ladder leading down. Harry climbed into his trunk which shouldn’t have been able to hold him. She followed him down into another expanded pocket dimension. She found herself in a long hallway that went off into the distance. There were doors on either side of the hallway for as far as the eye could see. The doors had a golden label on each one. Harry entered a room with the label Menagerie. Aayla instantly found herself stepping out of a stone wall with the doorway in question. She was suddenly on a grassy meadow that looked to be on a planet. The atmosphere was pleasant. Nearby was a herd of winged creatures that seemed to have the head and wings of a bird. But the other parts didn’t quite match.
“These are hippogryphs,” Harry said as he went up and bowed to one. “Bow and maintain eye contact. When they nod you can stand up,” He directed while demonstrating.
Aayla repeated his actions and watched as he climbed on. Harry held out his hand for her. She climbed on and wrapped her arms around his waist. The hippogryph took flight. It was soon soring over the immense pocket dimension. Harry gave her a tour pointing out the large herds of many types of animals. Her favorite was the isolated area with the dragons of all kinds. Harry explained that he had a large enough population of every type of magical and non-magical animal to continue to breed them. She saw some familiar animals that had different names in his language. But she saw many more species she had never seen before.
When they touched down near the entrance a while later she couldn’t help but noticed her nether regions had gotten quite aroused with the way she was riding the hippogryph in a very breezy night shirt while holding Harry. He led her out of the Menagerie into a vast garden where the occasional house elf could be seen tending to the magical and non-magical plants. After the gardens, Harry led her into a vast library.
“Good morning,” P-Hermione greeted as her hologram appeared from an orb that had been sitting on a table.
“Good morning,” Harry greeted warmly. “Aayla Secura, this is P-Hermione. She is an artificial intelligence, an AI, modeled after my late wife Hermione. P-Hermione this is Aayla. She is a Twilek magic user. They call magic the Force in this universe. She is a member of an order called Jedi. They are the equivalent of witches and wizards in this universe. The dark wizards here are called Sith.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you Aayla,” P-Hermione greeted. “I’m assuming you’re going to activate the library doorway in the tent if you are going to be using it regularly?”
“I was planning on it yes. Aayla, there is a doorway in the tent marked Library. You’ll be able to see it once we go back. It will give you access to the library here. You are welcome to come here and read whatever you would like. Hermione will guide you and keep you from any unfortunate run-ins with some of the more dangerous books. You can stay here now or take that door back to the tent. I need to go to my lab to look at something. I’ll be back in a while.”
Aayla nodded and watched him go.
“I do worry about him sometimes,” Hermione said after Harry had left.
“He seems to be doing well enough,” Aayla said.
“Ever since we were little he’s had very strange luck. We called it the Potter luck. When he came through the portal it did something to him. He isn’t sure what. But I’ve analyzed the sensor readings that were transmitted from the lab we left behind and the readings taken of him since he arrived here. He was intending to travel back in time to a point where I was still alive and instill my memories in my younger self. The portal reacted in an unforeseen way with the magic in his blood, the magic that makes him immortal,” P-Hermione explained.
“He’s immortal?” Aayla asked in surprise.
“He is,” P-Hermione confirmed. “He loved the original me for 200 years and still loves her. He misses her so much.”
“Wow,” Aayla said while trying to imagine such love. “What did the portal do to him?”
“His blood is infused with the tears of a phoenix which you’ve met as well as a potent poison from a creature called a basilisk. It makes him immortal. But the portal energy altered the magic in his blood slightly. The closest magical scans I can find in our records are for a creature called an incubus. It’s a humanoid creature that gets stronger from sex and physical intimacy. It isn’t an exact match for my scans of Harry. But it’s close enough for me to conclude he’s feeling powerful urges to have sex. His magic is urging him to do it. It’s physically painful for him if he turns down those urges. He’s able to suppress them for now with his occlumency. But he’s felt them several times now when he looks at you,” P-Hermione explained.
“Me,” Aayla said in surprise. She knew men lusted after her all the time. She could sense it with her empathic abilities. “I suppose that isn’t so surprising. He saved my life. I don’t like the idea of him being in physical discomfort because of me.”
“He’s a very good lover,” P-Hermione said. “Just be aware he is very hung up emotionally on me.”
“My order forbids attachment but not physical intimacy,” Aayla admitted.
“That could work out if you can remain emotionally unattached. That’s easier said than done when it comes to sex,” Hermione mused.
“That’s my understanding too,” Aayla said.
“You’ve never had sex,” P-Hermione realized.
“I’ve engaged in oral sex,” Aayla admitted. “But no. I haven’t engaged in the full act.”
“Girl you don’t know what you’re missing out on,” P-Hermione said.
The two of them chatted for quite a while and became very friendly. Aayla eventually left the library very thoughtful. P-Hermione was a wealth of knowledge on the mystery that was Harry Potter.

I've got a plot device for that. It's after the point where Anakin thinks she died.
