【Announce】Partial changes to Patreon rewards

This may not be a good announcement for everyone, but we hope you understand.
I planning to release a full scratch model in 2022, and we hope to improve quality of the videos.

If you change the way you say it, it will be more accurate. As for Tier, I can't be too aggressive because further subdivision would increase my workload and reduce the time I can spend on video production.
