WIND BREAKER Season 2 - Episode 4 (EARLY UNCUT ACCESS)

Comments

What i've noticed is, wind breaker does it on purpose, they interrupt you when you getting emotional and teary like: Hold on, we have more, save your tears... :D

You're guna love next season when they give kajis back story. You'll understand why they draw parallels between the 2 characters

This was one of my favorite chapters in the manga and they did a wonderful job of animating it. This episode was more “whiplash” than “windbreaker” lol. The pure and raw emotions we witness in some of these episode is just as satisfying as the amazing fights.

Dayum I had to do a double take to realize this epiosde was almost 50 minutes, but its totally warranted. What IS this SHOW, I am always blown away by the feels this show gives me. I have actually gotten several people into this show because of the Suo fight, only for them to end up LOVING it as a whole, and all of these characters with it. Its such a hidden gem and I love the messages in it. How incredibly sad it is that we discover that Sakura is living alone, in this dilapidated (probably abandoned) building, and he has probably been living alone for a long while now, probably even before moving here. I also love the parallels between him and Kaji, because Kaji is so similar to him and I think Sakura can see the possibility of where he COULD be at, mentally/emotionally. I also almost cried several times, again. What a series.

This show is special, there are few shounen that can take the nakama sentiment and make it so grounded and relatable with this much EQ. We knew it was a show about fighting, we just didn't know that some of the most important victories would come from the emotional battles. That must be what's so relatable. We're all probably like that huh?
