To explain a little bit, the first user did have a quirk. I dont recall what its called, but its the quirk to PASS ON quirks. Which on its own is pretty useless and he was basically quirkless. All for One forcibly gave him a stockpiling quirk and that time the first user had two quirks. Which would eventually become the One for All. One for All is the conbination of both quirks. Stockpiling one and the quirk to pass on quirks. So as each user passes in One for All, they also pass on their individual quirks at the same time.

2025-05-08 12:53:24 +0000 UTC"Who protects the Heroes when they need protecting?" I was always an Uraraka fan but seeing her mature further in the anime makes me like her more. I like how we've seen her enter school with the mentality of "I want to make money to help my parents and Hero work is a good way to do that" to "I want to save People" and truly mean it in the same ways Midoriya means it. Now we see develop her motivations further, its not about just saving people, but who saves the Heroes when they need help too. Its all so good man
