girl in tank is a random girl. yet another namelss test subject (not the same girl as smoke girl) smoke girl had a brother named tenzo "from the flash backs" who is NOT same as yamato. she is kinda cray cray (i asume from trauma) and think yamato is her brother "he is not" kenoe is who we know as yamato. he was in a test tube with alot of other kids/infants. they all died but him. smoke girl reminds him of other test tube girl. relates.. and adopts the name Tenzo as his chosen name. kenoe is a name given too him by danzo. tenzo is a name given too him by smoke girl in her confusion. he takes that name as his own. much much later tsunade gives him the temporay code name Yamato for his first naruto mission. hench why he is intruduced as yamato too naruto and the viewers... kakashi calls him Tenzo in respect for his choice and the memory of these fillers together. that should sum it up
