Orochimaru could've summoned a Sage Snake and reverse summoned all of them out, dropped Jiraiya at a medical camp and returned back to fighting with Tsunade. Getting reverse summoned or reverse summoning yourself was a thing shown in Deidara vs Sasuke, Kabuto's assault on the turtle island and the Pain arc. It really shows how terrible the story becomes when Kishimoto's not writing it. .

That means he didn’t think he almost died in the three way deadlock The buildup to this climax but right there I would have loved to dive into more missions and shit- like the fact that Jiraiya has the most s-rank mission completions in the leaf’s history or Orochimaru before he started “experimenting” and Lady Tsunade when she was still an older sister/still had Dan Ffs I wanted more about the Sannin

Kakashi vs Obito is the best combat sequence I've seen in any medium, bar none. The fact that there's no battle music, just the sound of blows and then the sad music. Best use of a flashback I've ever seen too. Just absolutely a master piece from start to finish. Whoever put that all together deserves more recognition, more than the anime medium can give them unfortunately.

2025-09-15 17:11:10 +0000 UTCthe snake Sasuke got as his summon is named Aoda, his name is most likely a reference to Japanese rat snake commonly known as blue general :) also the reason why Sakura has Katsuyu and not another slug is because Katsuyu is all the slugs in one :D finally we are seeing Team 7 work together, we have been waiting for so long for this to happen, plus we get the combo with Naruto and Sasuke that Naruto talked about before, love that it came into play here :) who would have thought Orochimaru would come in clutch, look at him act like a responsible adult :D I feel you that little flashback of the Sannin together does bring that desire to see more of them :) Kakashi vs Obito is just an iconic anime fight, it keeps getting referenced and people got inspired by it, trying to replicate it :) the way they mixed it with their younger selves is brilliant :) the moment when Minato got face to face with Obito felt amazing, that really hit the spot, them seeing each other after all these years and Minato now knowing who he is, its funny when you think about it, back when they fought Minato didnt believe he was actually Madara :) the 10 tails jinchuriki is finally here, enter Jubito :D

Orochi/Jiraiya is what happens when Sasuke goes evil, doesn't love Sakura and their master dies. Hashirama/Madara is when their is no master and no Sakura and Sasuke goes evil. Obito/Kakashi is what happens when Sakura dies and Naruto goes evil. Just my take.
