Two of those big IPs are ending soon and we need more anime to reach that upper echelon where almost everybody can gather around and look forward to in the future. Although it's sad to see it go, it's good to know that this isn't the end. We'll be right here whenever season 3 drops and you better believe if you thought you've seen everything, you've seen nothing yet!!!

For the record, the Director has confirmed that Aira, somehow, survives the house explosion. I thought it was cute that the nano cube turned into a heart right before Momo crushed it with her hand.

In doing so she learns the language. BUT that is just my opinion. And what I go from that last scene.

If you look her up it's very clear Yukinobu Tatsu used her as a reference for this new character. I watched a video on YouTube about her (unfortunately there were no subtitles and I don't speak Japanese 😅) but when she's in her kaiju suit she makes monster noises it's very funny.
