Many of our real world names end in -el, such as Daniel, Michael, Raphael, etc and that stems from the suffix -el meaning "God" in Hebrew.

It’s one of those clever little details that One Piece loves to slip in. If you look closely, the cloud ball Sanji stepped on had a small flower on it, which means the “surprise” had already been triggered earlier — possibly the same one that Usopp accidentally touched before, when the flower popped out. Because of that, Sanji could safely step or ride on it without setting off another explosion or effect. It’s both fascinating and hilarious.
