I'll be releasing him sometime after I finish the Vampire Bat, Cobra Warlock, and Turtle Alchemist updates, so expect him around September or so. In the meantime you can give any suggestions relating to this new enemy in the Super Cool Club on the Discord. At some point I'll show off some sketches of what he'll look like and you can give some input on those as well.
Also, if you're waiting for the V0.6.2 update featuring the second half of the Vampire Bat stuff, that will be coming out on March 8th!
