Greetings users! as you know, the zombie is currently in a certain situation in his country, we have some electricity crisis that gives us 12 hours of blackouts daily.

the itchio method is for you to have your rewards asap without needing the zombie, because of the blackouts i cant be online on certain times to help you when something doesnt work as intended, i try to help the users as soon as i get a message, but sometimes without elctricity, the mobile sygnal fails too and i cant be online x_X, please enter the itchio link in their respective post to get your rewards:

-first, if you are planning on pledging for a reward and then unpledge, try to enter the links before unpledging or itchio will not let you link the rewards since it "think" you are not a patreon user

-if you have problems with the access via phone, app, try to create an account on itchio to link the rewards to your account

-if you still have problems with that method, please try to enter the link via web, desktop, this method should give you issues with accounts since only checks your pledge

-if everything above fails, then please contact me via dms, so i will help you get your rewards, but remeber!, please be patient with the zombie, sometimes i cant be here because of the electricity issues here, but left me the message and i will contact you as soon as we have electricity again :)
