I emailed them a few months ago because I really love what they do, and they were psyched to have an illustrator on board! They have great investigative reporting on policing and prisons, the labor movement, etc. This story is about how some right-wing groups have been intimidating local students who have been protesting about the genocide in Palestine. It's a really great and heavy piece.
In other other news, rest in peace to Brian Wilson. I drew a portrait of him. To me he was a genius and maybe the sweetest soul to ever exist. <3
