Thatβs because Aziraphale βreadβ about his fate, but since he was his lover he didnβt expect Oscar was married, and, most of all, that he has children. Aziraphale only knows that heβs going to be processed after something that Bosie is going to tell him (see: the boy made him denounce his own father, that was the real problem). Seeing Oscar with a wife and with two children, and loving them so much, make Aziraphale feels really upset. He thought to be special to him, in a way.
