2021 4th Fighting Character choice to be voted!

- Tier 3 users, remember that your character will be sketched up. If you have a reference of your character or want a specific pose or anything, please add it in the comments. <3
- Tier 3 users will receive the sketches post-character voted for the poll.
- Tier 2 / 3 users can suggest a character of their choice, can be from any anime, show, cartoon, videogame, OC, etc (As long as it's animated in some way, please no real people!)
- Tier 2 / 3 users will type down in this post which is they choice, if they want to choose to suggest one or not.
- All of the suggestions will be used in an incoming poll and voted by Tier 1 / 2 / 3 users. Multiple choices allowed.
-Tier 1 users are not allowed to make suggestions, can only vote when the poll is made.
