Hoarders Sim-nonymous Set

This set was made possible by you - the patrons! Thank you, thank you thank you!!! I will be releasing additional information and preview pictures/videos on this set in the coming days but it is done so I wanted to get it to you ASAP!
This set has 19 items! I never held a poll because all your ideas were so great that I couldn't say no to any of them. Before I get into the nitty gritty there are a few important things to note:
- These files use custom tuning. There is a file in the set called 'RVSN_Hoarders_Simnonymous_Tuning.pkg' and you need this file in order for the items to work as storage. If you don't have this, they will essentially be decor pieces. I did make a merged set package file so you don't risk accidentally deleting the tuning file, but you can also download the separated files as well.
- The items in this set do not share inventories which allows you to categorize all your simmie's goods. However, this does come with some risk. If you accidentally delete the item you will lose the items stored in it. I would recommend uploading your lot to the gallery if you are storing anything important - that way you have a backup of it.
Now for the fun part. There are 19 items in the set of which 17 can be used as storage. The two items that aren't used as storage are the industrial-style shelves and the holiday bin - more on these below. The items that can be used as storage all have the features below:
- Separate inventories for each object
- User-defined custom labels (can change at any time)
- Unlimited storage
- Ability to add storage object to your sim's inventory for moves
- Base game compatible
To store items in the objects, you just need to drag any inventoriable item in live mode onto the object. It should light up when you do this as long as the item is able to be inventoried. You can drag directly from your sim's inventory or from an object already placed in the game. And last but not least, here is a list of the items in the sets and some some quick deets (numbering corresponds to last photo in the preview):
1. Utility Shelf - Has 68 decor slots and is sized to fit most of the storage items in the set (outside the cart and art canvases). This is 1 of 2 items that is not able to store inventory items - intended as a shelf only.

3. Collectible Display Base - This item has one decor slot. Use it to display an artifact/collectible and store the rest in the base.
4. Small Glass Covered Display - This item has one decor slot and is for smaller items. Use it to display an artifact/collectible and store the rest in the case.
5. Medium Glass Covered Display - This item has one decor slot and is for medium-sized items. Use it to display an artifact/collectible and store the rest in the base.
6. Large Glass Covered Display - This item has one decor slot and is for larger items. Use it to display an artifact/collectible and store the rest in the base.
7. Holiday Bins - If you have the seasons EP this holiday box is used to decorate your simmie's house. If you do not have the seasons EP it is for decor only. This is 1 of 2 items that is not able to store inventory items.

12. Collectible Frog Cage - This frog is animated like the collectible frogs but in a much cuter cage. I choose 4 of the cutest frog patterns so you can choose which one to use as the display. This item is not considered a collectible so it will not count towards the challenge. It can be used to store your actual frog collectibles.
13. Suitcase - This item has 9 decor slots on top of it.
14. Classic Storage Bin - These bins can be stacked up on top of each other.
15. Fruit Bowl
16. Harvest Crate
17. Foral Cart - This item has 42 decor slots on top of it so it can be used to display all your gardening clutter and store items as well.

Minor thing: when I go into build mode, the items on display in my display cases go into the household inventory. Request: an animated insect cage like the frog cage? Pretty please?

Took me a while to figure out where these disappearing books went off to! Only noticed when I had a sim "Put away" some leftovers and then saw her walk over to the suitcase so I decided to check what else was in there lol

2020-04-08 19:07:59 +0000 UTCea gets like 75% of he way there then drops the ball. the holiday box was such a good idea, but why did it need to have half the decorations falling out??? let me know if you want more colors of this. i think i only did the christmas colored one... the other ones werent even holiday colors?!? but i am happy to add more if you want them.... i just know you all were anxious to get your hands on these so I wanted to get them out. oh also, if you keep the bin on a shelf, you probably have to pull it down if you want your sim to 'look for holiday decorations' (when they open the box and a bunch of stuff comes out) but you shouldnt need to do it if you just want to decorate your house.
