WIP Bathroom!

I managed to force this sink into a 2x3 bathroom... love it...

dont even get me started on the toilets in sims lol. why do they stand 5 ft out from the wall?? lol but also i hear you. no idea why u cant close the lid. i could add animation to close the lid but plumbing is notorious for breaking with updates which means it would be a pain to upkeep (and you all woul dhave to keep redownloading it)

I wonder if it is possible to make the toilet lid shut? I really dont understand why it is open, I would never leave it open lol

yes! i took some of this from the tiny living toilet but i thought it was too deep and the bottom part was kinda weird. and i didnt like the shininess or the fact that the seat looked like a padded seat from the 80s lol!

This looks so good so far!! I am excited to see it all done. I like the idea of glass shower doors instead of curtains. Or it can be a separate thing too. I'd use it either way. ETA: I love the toilet too. The toilet from Tiny Living has been the one I having been using a lot lately. Nice and simple.

no such thing as suggest too much! i might end up doing glass and a curtain... just cause i have ideas for both :P i do have some clutter that im going to include wiht this set that i didnt include in the bath clutter set!! i found a way to seperate the shower curtain so you can add to any bathtub... but then they wouldnt push the curtain while using the tub... soo i am still looking into that. and i always try ot make my stuff affordable :P ive gotten a few complaints that its *too* affordable lol

I can't recall anyone who's made a CC shower/tub combo, so I'm all for it and I'm glad to see you said you're doing both anyway - but I'm completely torn between glass and curtain! I can only think of one glass door shower/tub in the game so I obviously want another option. I also think glass would suit the eco theme better somehow. And a curtain may hide away the work you've done on the shower itself, so I do think ultimately I'm leaning toward glass... Buuut I also love your aesthetic and I'm not sure I can live without a Ravasheen bath collection :) Maybe that should be another set on its own? Tub combo with shower curtains, bath mats, towels, a wine and book tray, bath bombs... Maybe that's suggesting too much lol. I do think it would be nice to have some options for simmies on a more modest budget though. Some sims can't afford a house with a huge luxurious master bathroom, but that doesn't mean they can't spruce up their apartment's tub combo with luxury linens.

I am so excited for this! I would love a really nice shower/tub combo. We really don't have any in game. But I am ok with separates as well.

Ooh this is so cute! I can't wait to see what the tub would look like! A classy shower tub combo would be nice to add, not a fan of EA's combos personally. Thank you for all your hard work

I like the shower and tub to be separated in the master but combined for guest/kids bathroom. I like the curtain cuz then you can make bathroom sets like irl. Glass could be pretty as well. IRL my hubby (he is paralyzed) has difficulty with glass, but we are talking sims. So why not both Glass and one curtain?

Oh I love this!!! I personally am not a huge fan of shower/tub combos so my vote is for standalone. But I am positive anything you create will be wonderful! I can't wait to see what you do!

Yea I’ve been trying to play around with that idea... I’m for sure going to offer a tub and shower/tub combo. But a curtain or glass?? And I could seperate the curtain, but then it would be deco only.

Would it be possible to take the tub in the pics here and make it so when you put it against a wall with a discover university style shower ur sim will still be able to use both? I like the look of stand alone tubs but this is a very modern set and most shower tub combos I see are pretty old fashioned. Idk basically anything about the mechanics of cc making ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I like shower tub combos for the functionality in guest/hallway/kids bathrooms but usually go for separate for master baths. This looks so good so far!! :D
