RV There Yet Trailer Set - Part 1

I obviously can't stop you but this set specifically is a TSR set which I am not allowed to share early with patrons. Pleaseeee, if you have it in you, wait to share this one just for a few days. If TSR finds out I am sharing these early, I could get kicked off the platform or I won't be able to share TSR sets early on patreon anymore. Which in both cases is bad for everyone, including you. Pretty please with a cherry on top :)

Onto the deets!
This is the first part of the RV There Yet Trailer set which is essentially the outdoor pieces. I would really recommend at least watching the first part of the live stream (if you missed it) to see all of the features and how to use it. Writing it all here would be a novel. But I will cover the highlights:
- Customizable, modular trailer foundation to build trailer/camper to any size
- Coordinating wallpaper (4 colors, 3 styles) and door
- Windows with lots of slots!
- Tileable string lights
- Modular awnings with slots for banners & string lights
- Misc. trailer decor such as propane tank, brake lights, license plate
- Everything but the wallpapers can be found by searching 'trailer'
In order to build the trailer base you need to build two stories, delete the bottom level, then drag the top level down. I covered all of this in the live stream if you need help!
Part 2 of this set will be all interior items like booths & curtains!
To give you all actual early access I am going to hold off on releasing these on TSR for about a week. TSR will have this split into 3 sets, but you all get it in one combined set. So don't panic if you see these split up on there :)
PS. It wouldn't just feel right without having a PS.
P.S.S. I will add more preview photos, but I wanted to get this out ASAP so I will add more later when I finish them!

I keep forgetting to download this. I like playing rotationally with the townies, and Johnny Zest definitely needs this for his trailer home.

2021-03-30 01:47:39 +0000 UTCIt's so perfect! I started building a trailer park in Oasis Springs and I have a CC save and one for Maxis only. And even if I play with CC, it HAS to be Maxis Match. Alpha CC drives me crazy as the textures are so soft in Sims 4 and Alpha looks very out of place. On top, it all needs to be in Simlish. So you are basically one of those PERFECT creators for my style of building. <3

2021-03-29 11:23:25 +0000 UTCI believe you have to select the second floor as a "room" (after selecting the first floor as a "room" and then deleting it) and then actually hold n drag it down towards the ground with the hand tool

How did you delete the whole first level and then bring the top floor down? I feel like I should totally know how to do this, but I'm lost!

I gave Johnny Zest a cute little trailer (he always deserved better) and a second one, where he set up a little stage and bar and I love it so much, I even played for a bit, instead of just building. Nancy is furious about that little lively trailer park (tacky! OMG!), but oh well... already waiting for part 2 ππ

2021-03-22 17:05:40 +0000 UTCyou are so kind!! they actually are much better with it now and surprisingly started letting us upload patreon sets (after early access) and get paid for them. but they still require at least some custom things. and i try to be fully transparent about this stuff. but TSR still makes up a pretty significant portion of my income (when i actually upload). my main focus and priority is patreon sets, but even with Patreon and TSR combined I am still only making 50% of what I was before I got laid off. So I am like barely making ends meet, but still I am making ends meet! So I can't complain. And patreon unfortunately takes a massive cut, about 20% of what we bring in and that is before taxes. This set was actually requested by a patron so I would have normally released it as early access patron set, but I spent 3 weeks on it and it's already the 21st somehow so if I don't upload these to TSR then I wont get anything from there this month. So that is kinda how I choose to release things... although the bulk of my released have been patreon exclusive for the past 5 months. I really hope one day to fully not rely on TSR. It is not only confusing to have sets in multiple places, but I feel unfair to you all when I do TSR sets as well. But I am getting there! Soon I hope!! Wrote a novel once again, not suprising lol. But I hope that helps!

2021-03-22 02:14:23 +0000 UTCI'm sorry people have been sharing your stuff. As for TSR, they seem kinda hardass about creators being allowed to have Patreons. Do they make a big difference in your monthly income? If not, there's quite a few content creators who are Patreon-exclusive for releasing their stuff to patrons early and public-releasing 2-3 weeks later. If TSR ever kicked you out, I'm happy to keep supporting you here. I'm sure a lot of folks who patronize you are.
